The Poultry Breeder & Farmer Association (PF&BA) is a non-profit trade association representing Maharashtra poultry producers. PF&BA member companies include chicken producer/processors, poultry distributors, and allied supplier firms. The producer/processors account for approximately 95 percent of the chicken meat produced in Maharashtra.
PF&BA's mission is to promote the responsible production and marketing of poultry products in Maharashtra. The association works to improve the welfare of chickens, protect the environment, and ensure the safety of poultry products. PF&BA also provides information and education to the public about poultry production.
